The Goals and Gainz Great Arms Program is for women who want to have noticeable changes to their arms with pelvic floor safe exercises. Exercises are beginner and intermediate, using your own dumbbells at home. The length of the 4 videos in the series vary from 12-22 minutes and are meant to compliment your current exercise routine, not replace it. Ideally, you’ll do the videos after your quick HIIT or cardio workout. Best results when the videos are done 2-4 times weekly. All videos are fully instructed, including direction for safety and strength of the core and pelvic floor
