What is Deep Core all about?
Deep Core Fitness for Moms is for mothers of ALL ages who are looking to work their core in a brand new way - and actually get stronger! This program has been running faithfully for a couple of years now. With live online classes as well as pre-recorded workouts, this online group program is perfect for getting your core working as it should - without weakness, leaks, or anything else holding you back! Together, let’s encourage our bodies to be strong with proper posture, breathing, and more.
This class isn’t yoga, it’s not pilates. It’s a program with exercises that are flexible enough to meet the needs of both very new beginners to exercise and also those who already work out on their own. You really just have to try it to know what I mean!
Equipment needed: mat, kitchen chair, kitchen towel or hand towel (Level 2 participants may use light dumbbells up to 5 lb), a device that can connect to Zoom.
December mini session details:
2 pre-recorded workouts per week to do on your own (as desired)
2 live online classes per week (Tues and Fri 12-12:30)
